Poor manufacturer packaging cause damage

I was really excited to order the pan. It was last at. I got it and the lid was upside down inside as package and have actually damaged the surface of the pan super disappointed and I’m still considering reaching out to customer service.

The non stick does not work ..used 2-3 times start to food stick on the pan
