Sagging mattress is being replaced, at no cost.
I am following-up, on my last review. Thanks for recommending, that I call Macy's. An inspector determined that my lumpy and sagging mattress was defective. Macy's is providing a free replacement. I am grateful that they stand behind their products.

WARNING!!!DO NOT BUY!!!
Bought this mattress as a set on Black Friday. Had it delivered January 10th started having issues within a week . The mattress started having indentations on the top. The box spring broke and cracked my bed frame. Almost ended up on the floor. When I called customer service I was told an inspector had to come out to check the set. The soonest someone could come out was a month away. The inspector said Macys would be calling me within a couple days, waited 3 weeks. No call. I called them a manager told me that the frame was the problem because there was only 1 support. There are 3, Apparently there is a policy that states the frame needs better support. Can’t find it anywhere. I’m stuck with a mattress that is sagging all over and a broken bed frame. DON’T BUY FROM MACY’S. They lost a customer

I have severe back issues. I just got it moments ago. This mattress is not firm enough. It could have been been firmer.
