Unsatisfied customer

Unable to write a review due to not receiving my mattress for over a month now, Been calling customer service and not receiving any help on this matter. Macys needs to do better for their customers, due to this horrible experience, I will no longer be making any large /appliance etc purchases from them.

Mattress is no good

I recently purchased a mattress from Macy's, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be a complete disappointment. One side of the bed sinks significantly and lacks any support, making it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep. Upon contacting Macy's to address the issue and seek a return or replacement, I was met with nothing but frustration and inconvenience. Macy's insisted on sending out an inspection team, which seemed reasonable at first. However, when I tried to schedule an appointment, I was informed that there were no available dates. After being promised a call back within a few days to resolve the issue, I have yet to hear anything from Macy's. This runaround is unacceptable. Who will be responsible to pay for this defective mattress if not the retailer who sold it? I am extremely disappointed with Macy's customer service and their handling of this matter. It is evident that they prioritize their own convenience over customer satisfaction.

When I had my old mattress although I thought it was ok I was considering purchasing a foot pillow because I could not sleep throughout the night without hanging my feet off the bed. This mattress was a game changer. I sleep so good and comfortable with this. No need for a foot pillow. I love this mattress and it fits perfectly on my bed frame. Great quality. Although it's a pillowtop it has great support.
