Other occasion to buy:It has a high back. It has hard plastic knobs that go up and down your back. It is heated which was nice it’s just a shame that whoever designed it didn’t think to make it where you can use the heat without those hard knobs running up and down your sp

Beware

The hard plastic knobs that run from your neck to lower back actually bruised my back. If you have disk issues, spinal stenosis, degenerative disk disease, sciatica nerve issues I would avoid this product. It caused me more pain then the relief I was hoping for. I wish I had returned it!

What happened to youth dew

Just purchased perfume it absolutely smells like cat pee ,.I have been buying it for forty years they have changed it,it’s really putrid I will try to take it back

does not work

Unfortunately I had to return it because the vibration did not work and I also feel that the massage knots are strong although the instructions say that you can use a towel as protection

DIED IN 4 MONTHS

I got this for my mother in law at Christmas and it’s now April and it just died. She tried to return it to Macy’s but because it was past a month they didn’t accept the return. Save your money and Sharper Image - do better.

Nice daily pampering.

We had it for two months now, we use it every day and it is still working perfectly! It does not get all the way to the top and bottom of your back, but it is still nice!

Purchased As Gift

This was a Christmas gift for a family member who suffers from back strain. I hoped this would help and it does. They love it. It has the ability to turn on/off heat and change the range of the massage nodes. There’s a remote control so changes can be made while using it. It also has a vibration mode. They've used it multiple times and have said it helps relax them overall and their back specifically.
