Massage was more of a squeezing at the temples which was very minor (and uncomfortable at times) in surface area compared to the overall bulk of the mask. Thought it was gonna do more across the top of the forehead into the T zone. It was loud, but a lot of other reviews stated that, so it wasn't a surprise, but definitely doesn't help the rating. The built in sound effects were nice, but didn't overtake the mechanical noises and compressor. Hot and cold settings were the highlight but it just doesn't justify the price.

Disappointed in the product as it did not get close to where my pressure points are for my migraines. Barry barely felt any of the pulsation and the device is heavy enough that it pushes down on my nose if I'm in the sitting position. Just is not working for me so I will be returning as it is not worth the expense.
Better than aspirin.
If this was invented before aspirin no one would have bothered to invent aspirin.

I ordered this unit hoping for sinus relief. It was extremely painful and tight gave me a terrible headache and severe burning eye pain. it is like putting your head in hot metal vise. Rain sounded like our floods, music was terrible and irritating. I quickly turned that off. I used this unit twice and threw $155 in the good will bag, no way to return it and nobody in family wanted it. Never shop Macys again. I went back to using Bruders mask, heat it up 20 seconds in microwave and comforts eyes very relaxing for 20 min and no silly buttons. You have to take this harper image off to see which buttons and then try to readjust it putting it back on. The temple massagers move the whole mask up and down. I just wanted heat above and below my eyes, not burning my eyeballs.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this and boy was I surprised. I live the cold setting on the eyes. This is amazing after a long day staring at a computer screen. I also love the massage aspect it’s so relaxing.

Legit works!
I suffer from migraines and tested this out when I had a full on migraine and it actually relieved my migraine. I recommend this product to people with constant migraines.

Didn’t know I needed it until I had it!
This is one of those gadgets I didn’t realize I needed until I had it! I wore this one day when I had a bit of a headache, and after 5 minutes on the cold setting the pain was significantly more tolerable. There’s music built in that is soothing as you lay there, as well as hot and cold settings with the massaging depending on what you need. Definitely relaxing, and definitely helps with headaches and the such. 10/10!
