Skechers Toddler Girls Twinkle Shoes

Bought for my granddaughter, she absolutely loves them. But one shoe does not twinkle and she won't let her parents return them! So this Granny is in a pickle. I don't want her to walk around in shoes that don't work🤷. What do I do?
