Other occasion to buy:Terrible customer service, no emails or calls or texts, saying why I am not receiving this item I purchased online.

No feedback as to why I didn’t receive the product

I purchased them online but never received them and there was no communication from Macy’s via mail, message or call as to why I never received them. I tried calling yesterday, but all I got was automatic voicemail and it was absolutely no help. Don’t they have live Customer service anymore. Very frustrating. I won’t be surprised if they go out of business.

Cute slippers

Slippers are warm and soft. The heel is hard, even with the fur lining. I put is a soft insert. I would have liked a little more arch support, but the are nice to wear around the house.
