Third Party Suppliers

I ordered what looks to be a beautiful item, but received something completely different. I messaged the vendor (who was not Macy’s, I was surprised to learn, but the Vintage-something company…I didn’t know Macy’s did that,) but the company never responded, so I sent the item back. Very disappointing.
