Nice pep in your step

I enjoyed taking these because I noted a nice little boost in energy that I didn't have before. If you want a little pep in your step this might help. The b12 is very helpful!

Not bad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These capsules have a very light smell and aftertaste, not bothering at all. You only need 1 pill a day, and size is small enough to swallow. As for effectiveness, I can't tell if it made too much difference after a month of use. But some suppliments need more time until you see results.

Seems to work - improving mood and energy

Ive felt more energetic since I’ve been taking them. They are not too big and are easy to take with water since they have no taste. I wish there would have been more instructions or information with the packaging.

Gives energy

Great pills, just not for me
