Other occasion to buy:Nightmare of a transaction

My last order with Macys

Received pretty badly damaged open box for a full price. Their customer service rep barely even understands English let alone my concern. I was told the seller would call me and fix the issue but no one ever reached out. This is a platform for fraudulent sellers. Stay away.
