Love the big screen and the clear picture. The only thing that was a bit difficult for my parents to use is to switch channel. Took them sometime to get used to it and they are still getting use to the feature. The previous one has number as a channel but the current remote control is up and down button.

Beautiful picture, but -
Beautiful picture. The tiny buttons on the remote are difficult to use. Terrible setup instructions. Took longer to figure out the illustrations than to perform the tasks. Important sound bar HDMI connection not mentioned.

I am over whelmed on the different features to opt
I am Excited to get my MANY features that are provivided, HOE EVER it is over whelming to just a TV to work like a TV should, without gong here and there to get the best out of thisTV.. Thank you Sony for the Complicated feature involvement.. I am I sure I will enjoy in my Life TimE..

Regretful Purchase
I bought this TV a month ago and wish I could return it. The volume cuts out randomly with the tv speakers or using a soundbar. I can set audio output to the soundbar but it reverts back to the TV after Turing the TV off and back on. The apps through the TV are very slow to connect and respond. The TV has shut off a few times in the middle of watching a show.

Beautiful picture
I replaced an older Bravia and am impressed with the overall quality of the TV. HOWEVER, documentation is extremely poor. For instance: No mention is made of the fact that selecting "surround sound" when you have no external speakers will cause ALL sound to be lost. By experimenting and guessing I found that deleting the surround sound feature solved the problem. Also, while EXTENSIVE legalese during the setup process. printed instructions are severely lacking.
