SONY Bravia
Purchased a BRAVIA XR 65” Class A80L OLED 4K HDR Google TV mid September of 2024. Beautiful picture but...... At times the tv screen goes black and smashed all the way to the left side of screen are small white segmented/dashed vertical lines. Seems to happen when selecting any app, go back to home screen and all looks good. Power off for ~20 - 30 minutes and seems to work proper again. See attached video and would appreciate any info on symptom. thanks Tim

If [Help] does not exist, select [Edit] and add [Help]. Select [Status & Diagnostics] — [Self diagnostics]. Excellent and transformative!
It's really the best TV! Unparalleled picture quality, colours, brightness and smoothness. The sound quality is top notch, it's really a cinematic experience with true surround sound! The UI and the software are truly advanced and helped a lot in easing how to deal with the TV in every occasion. The PlayStation 5 experience is unbelievable! Picture quality, frames, responsive actions and sound quality are non comparable! The build quality is from another world, the class looks and the trustworthy materials are a real comfort. I really can't recommend it enough!

Deep colours
Bought this set due to the reviews. It lives up to the hype.... Only down side for me, is the bezel, or edge of the screen is NOT the edge. The screen when off looks like it goes from edge to edge..... but no. And I have checked. It's maxed screen size leaves about 7mm around the top and sides. 12mm at the base....

Fantastic TV
So happy with the picture and sound don’t need a sound bar easy to use although I still haven’t played with all the features, this is my second Sony tv and I moved from another brand my old Sony still works fine after 10 years but does not have all the features of the new one , that why I went back to Sony
