misleading order information

I purchased these online on April 30, 2025. this is a pre-order and as your website states I was not to be charged for these until they shipped.... As of today they Have Not been Shipped - My Credit card was charged immediately after I placed the order....... Very misleading.....

Great looking loafers

I like these loafers because they are available in a wide width but still look stylish. I have them in brown and in bone. My puppy destroyed one brown shoe - I like them enough that I re-ordered them.

I loved this brand but these shoes are painful. I normally wear wide and I bought both black and brown and both hurts me so badly that I can’t wear them without pain. I tried to worn them so they become more comfortable but it has been more than 30days and they hurt so much and apparently I can’t return them anymore :(
