Zipper broke

We purchased the navy duvet, not a true navy but have used and it is super soft, went to take off to wash and the zipper broke. Only have had since November of 2023 so for 3 month's, not too happy.

poor zipper quality

Purchased in August 2023, I opened the product to use November 2023. The zipper was already broken. I passed the timeframe to return the product. Poor quality zipper. I would provide zero stars if I could!!!!!

Worst case issues not resolved

I’m very disappointed with Macys. I ordered several items and all came except one. I called customer service 3x and talk to 3 different people. Each time I reassured that I would receive my item 2x the 3rd they said I would get a refund. It never happened. I didn’t get my item or a refund.
