Poor Quality

I am shocked at the poor quality of this product, considering that I am purchasing it from a Macy's website. The edge of the ladel's round scoop was never polished smooth after the machine cut the shape. I can still see the grooves made by the blade. Not only does it feel sharp against my fingers (like a knife) when I'm washing it, the machine grease used during the manufacturing process is stuck deep in the grooves on the entire edge of the ladel. I still find some even after scrubbing it with hot water, dishwashing detergent and a green Scotch sponge 3 times. I guess we're expected to ingest the machine grease with whatever soup we serve.
