7 Qts of Yellow Bliss
Such a work of art. Looks beautiful on the stove top. Cooks even better. Broke it in braising two lamb shoulders — which came out wonderful. Can’t wait to try a whole roaster next.

Citron is Rather Drab
There is a considerable visual discrepancy between the advertising photos representing "Citron" and that of the the actual product, which is quite different. The photos that convinced me to buy a Citron dutch oven depict a much more saturated yellow than what arrived on my doorstep. The product bears a strong resemblance to the color Yellow Ochre; muted, brownish and somewhat drab in comparison. What I thought was going to be close to a bright, sunny Cadmium Yellow was actually quite muted and very different.
