Ceramic distributes heat evenly throughout the pan while a porcelain enamel glaze prevents absorption of moisture during baking, so foods won't dry out.

I love my little Artichoke!

Perfect for Spinach Artichoke Dip

I bought this when it was on sale to fit with the mini pumpkin cocotte that I have. It came packaged tightly, no chips or imperfections. The color is really nice and it is a nice size for a couple small servings of spinach artichoke dip. If you’re serving more people, I would definitely consider having two of these on hand.

Absolutely love this!

Absolutely love this little cocotte! I am an avid gardener and home Cook so any cookware that is shaped like a vegetable is a winner in my book. :) The quality and material is excellent. I am excited to display this on my shelf and use it for some cute little dips.

Super nice!

This ceramic cocotte is flawless in its finish. I use it on my stove top for my salt which is just one of many uses for this piece. It is one of my most attractive ceramic pieces I own.
