Highly Recommend

Buying a mattress is a very personal decision...but for my comfort and sleepability (is that a word?) this mattress fit the bill. Tried other mattresses before buying and decided "ultra firm" was right for me...over just "firm". Some other mattresses had a top cover with full patterened indentations and I really didn't like that feel. This one is fully "flat" or close to it. The best recommendation is however that, for myself, it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on and am pleased with this choice.

DO NOT BUY

I bought this mattress for several thousand dollars in 2023. It is now 2025 and my boyfriend and I are both suffering aches and pains and pins and needles from the body impressions. I feel conned. I’m now back on the market for another mattress and will never buy from this brand again.

Excellent

Ive had this mattress for a month and love it. It’s perfect for me due to its comfort and medium firm is what works for me. I researched this and other brands for 3 months and I’m extremely pleased with my choice. This is a thick 17 inch heavy mattress that is made to last and offer years of restful sleeping.

Mattress failed in less than two years

We paid a lot of money for a king Lux Estate. In a little over a year it began to sink on both sides of a ridge in the middle. It is now very uncomfortable and something this expensive should be a reliable product. We contacted the furniture store where we bought it and they sent out a manufactures rep to evaluate it. They placed a taught string across the bed and you could see the depressions and the ridge. They measured the depression at the ridge and said the mattress was fine. I am very disappointed with S&F and the store where I bought it. I will not buy any other products from either again.

Not worth the money!

I bought this mattress to relieve my back pain and have been very disappointed. It is very hard to sleep on in spite of the pillowtop. It also causes back and neck pain.

Best sleep ever!

I have tried so many mattresses, and finally i found my match! The Reserve Soft Pillow top. It's like sleeping on a cloud! No more pains when I wake up. I actually enjoy sleeping. Thank you S&F!
