Beautiful jacket but too bulky for me....

I am never sure what size I am in jackets/coats so I ordered this pretty faux fur jacket in both a LG and XL...When I received them I tried on the XL first and it was huge....I then tried on the LG which did fit the way a jacket/coat should fit EXCEPT THAT, even in the LG which did fit me perfectly throughout made me look enormous....I am an average sized person and was very disappointed to see all the bulk in this particular coat....Possibly if it didn't have an attached hood, it may not have looked as bulky as it did....This jacket especially in the jade green color really is beautiful and very well-made....Just because it did not look good on me doesn't mean that it won't look good on anyone else....If you like the look of it online, take a chance and order it....If you're not pleased with it you could always return it to the store as I plan to do....Happy Thanksgiving.....
