Good Sale Price For A Nice Set

The maple syrup, pancake mix, blueberry jam and tea towel would've cost more if I'd bought them in the store. The box they came in is pretty and well made so I'll keep it to use for storage. I like Stonewall Kitchen products, but they can be expensive. The sale price on this set made it a good deal. Thank you!

Never Received Item

I ordered this item on January 7th, my credit card was charged the next day. Almost two weeks later, I still don't have the item. I don't want a refund, I want the product I ordered!

arrived broken

Arrived in terrible condition, broken glass inside the box. Call costumer service and they ask me to “take the glass out” and take it to the post office for a refund.. I said maybe I’m going to take the whole box to my local Macy’s just the way that came.. and she said “no!! You remove the glass first.” Terrible customer service!! Maybe I’ll be done with you Macy’s after more than 2 decades.
