The pieces of the headboard did not match. Half of the holes were off and you could not put the bolt in. Packaging was so tight it will be near impossible to put back in. Over all HORRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
Not a good purchase
I bought this bed through the Macy’s site and it was delivered fairly quickly and we put it together a few days after it was deliveredz. We received the bed on Wednesday and put it together on Friday of the week. We slept on the bed for two nights Friday and Saturday Sunday morning. The bed slats were falling apart. The middle beam fell off the sides were falling out and we screwed up everything properly. It was well put together at the bed fell apart so we sent it back Monday morning. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in this product and immediately requested a refund. I cannot in good conscience. Recommend this product to another customer.
Defective product, defective customer service.
Defective on receipt. One leg of the head board was longer then the other one. Very tough problem for furniture the customer must assemble. To return, Macy's says I have to ship it to them via UPS. A big problem for a queen bed frame and head board. They want me to find a box to ship it back to them. Does anyone know where I can buy a box to put a queen bed frame and headboard in? Macy's customer service said the manufacturer would call me. They didn't. I called Macy's back and after spending an hour on the phone trying to locate my order, they figured out it was a "Market place" order. The customer service person I talked to was very unhelpful given it took so long to find my order. Would not recommend buying any furniture you have to assemble especially from the third party sellers on the Macy's site because if there is a problem, have fun with returning it.
