horrible service from both Macy's and Streamdale

First issue, they sent me the wrong color and waited a whole without a single response. Tried calling Macy's customer service to issue a return and refund but they said since it's a third party, I would need to resolve it with Streamdale. I find it stupid that Macy's took my money, however I would need to work with their third party for refund. Bottom line, I would not buy any furniture from Macy's and seriously consider not buy any of their clothing products.
