don’t buy

I took a chance on this brand and was very dissatisfied. After 4 months, watch stopped keeping correct time, hours off. Be warned: they charge $30.00 before you even return watch to get it fixed under warranty!!! Outrageous! Don’t buy!!

Face color?

I order this watch in part for the face color, when I received it the face color is actually pitch black?!? Very disappointing because it changes the appearance of the watch, I was expecting it to be dk blue as advertised in the picture, I've had watches with that face color in the past & they're beautiful but this black color doesn't cut it for me, I'll be returning & looking to get something with an actual blue face part. The watch is pretty otherwise, just didn't receive what's advertised.

I bought one a few years ago. It washed very nicely recently, every piece, but I wanted one that kept better time so I bought another one from you. It arrrived the other day. I so far llike it for style and being slim, the reason for buying the first one. Over the years and putting in new batteries, the first one never lost a second until it had to come clean.
