Stitching unraveled

After using five times the stitches to the shoulder strap unraveled. One of the zipper closings fell off. Unfortunately timeframe for return has expired.

Disappointed

At first I thought it was amazing within a short period of time the zipper broke and the part that holds the zipper is separating from the base of the pocketbook.
