3/4 Sleeve Boatneck Top

PS is the best size for me or anyone who has petite measurements. I weigh 95 lbs. and am 4'11". Soft material. I personally don't like the boat neck. It seems to make the sizing around the shoulders a bit awkward. Bring back Karen Scott Petites!
