Great shaver

Use it for my head, not my face. It works great gets almost as close as a razor shave. It shaves evenly, I use it every day.

Awful product. It doesn't shave & Macy's will not take it back.

Missing item!

Never received this item! UPS delivered it someplace else. I'm not sure if Macy's will investigate the shipper, whatever they did to my package but this is wrong. UPS said "delivered" to "other". What "other"? Frustrating because this is a Christmas present for my husband. Now, I'm going to rush and look for it someplace else.
