Item never shipped

Never received my order. It never shipped. But it's stating that it arrived at the post office. USPS can't locate the package anywhere. USPS ALDO STATED THE TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T VALID! Also, the supervisor at Macy's was none attentive and RUDE!
