Worth every penny! if you’re older and it’s hard to get on and off the floor you don’t need to with this machine. It’s awesome.

Stretching Heaven

We had used a similar machine at our gym, but I didn’t get there often enough for my physical need to stretch. Now that it’s here we use it several times a week. It stretches every part of your body and you can follow the instructions on the front of the machine. The instructions are rather small so I took a picture with my phone a blew it up. It’s part of my home gym workout. I am 79 and my partner 81 and it’s what every senior needs more than strength conditioning or at least a big part of your exercise routine.

Very quick and ez to assemble. Very nice quality unit. Best price for this type of equipment. I will check sunny fitness website first before I buy equipment. I have several other sunny fitness products and very happy to have purchased them.
