Towels Pulls Like Crazy

I ordered 4 sets of 6-Piece towel sets in purple (They're actually a beautiful lilac) but after using a hand towel, twice, I noticed that the towel was full of long pulls. I'm very disappointed because the towels are so soft and plush.
