Disappointed

The skeleton I received was 16 in and pink tinted. I reordered it through customer service and still received a 16 in pink tinted skeleton. I tried to tell Bloomingdales and Macy's that the description of the product was incorrect or the item number is wrong. But I still got the wrong product.
