Disappointed and unhappy!

I was very disappointed with the Swarovski Star Bell Ornament "Small". This was to be a gift for my nieces engagement. I have purchased many Swarovski ornaments in the past, maybe 10 years ago and they were always beautiful and I was excited to give them as gifts. When I opened the poorly made signature Swarovski blue box and tried to remove the Bell, I thought it was going to break just from me trying to remove it from the styrofoam. As I removed it, I could see that it literally looked like it was a toy from a gumball machine, I am returning this item, very unhappy & disappointed.
