Good quality device/poorly developed app

Phone has to connect to device as WiFi not bluetooth so it relies on cellular data which really slows the download process. Must use SD card to upload to computer, no cloud or ability for 2nd WiFi source.

Camera works. the app is horrible.

There is really no good in having a camera if the app doesn't work when you need to download the video to your phone. In the event of an accident, how are you supposed to show the officer what happened? This camera is completely useless, and we all should get our money back for it.

I would not recommend this product to anyone!

Problems with the rear camera not working at all. Customer support is an absolute joke and do not have a clue what they are doing. Call just gets routed to someone with a play list to follow and if its not on the list "Ill have to get back to you" which did not happen until I called back 5 hours later, then get a "I need your email to send you a video" video did not work either just like their product. Save your time and money and move on to the next selection for a dash cam, this one is trash!!!

Will not connect to phone.

The camera works fine. Though it will not connect to the phone. Always saying no internet. It worked one time, and has not since. Followed all the set up but still get the same result, no internet. Quite frustrating.

It is a great camera.

I have the pro dash cam and the rear-facing camera they are both phenomenal although I'm trying to figure out if I can see the rear facing camera on the app on my phone since I can see the front on my phone

Good camera

The camera itself is nice and so far seems to do the job, however the app needs some work, I can connect fine but trying to do any playback is turning out to be difficult, only thing it seems to let me do is change settings and start n stop recording, can't find any library or memory of any past recordings and I have been recording for a few days now. Also there needs to be a better explanation of the features, I can find plenty of explanations of what features it has but no full explanation of what they do, fix the app to where I can watch recordings and better info on features and I can give it more stars.

THis camera is wired so it must be plugged in it uses WiFi to connect to your phone and what not But I don't really like the app . It's really easy to set up its a great camera for the price the quality is great so you can see really clearly .

Incredible dash cam

This was my first ever dash cam, and I was really shocked to see how good it was. Like 10/10 good. Works as advertised. The dash camera was very neatly packaged. The instructions are pretty simple, also in multiple languages. The cables included are long enough to run around the car neatly. The included charging cable has a built-in USB charging port The 1080p quality is quite good and saves to your microSD card. The screen is clear and the recording clarity is amazing. Highly recommend! We feel much safer driving with this cam installed in our car.
