It should have been boxed.

I received the item I purchased online from Macy’s, and it was not wrapped as expected. Since it was meant to be a Valentine’s Day gift, I was disappointed to find it arrived with only a layer of tissue paper. This level of presentation is unacceptable, and I urge you to improve your delivery standards in the future.
