So great!

I love the print of this set. I have been looking for a new set that has a soup/salad bowl option instead of a small salad plate when this one is perfect! Unfortunately, I received one plate broken. Fortunately, I contacted customer service through live chat, within 10 minutes I had a reshipment ordered - they’re sending me an entirely new set. Shout out to my great customer service rep! I’ll never understand why people give low ratings for broken breakables lol it’s not the company’s fault that a piece of ceramic broke - they didn’t shatter it and put it in a box. A little bit of kindness with customer service goes a long way!
