Love the look of the shoe, but they are very heavy and run about one size large. Can’t wear them, can’t return them, wasted money

Not your grandfather’s loafers

I always had Alden dress shoes with rubber outsoles until I saw these black Verona Loafers. They are not your grandfather’s loafers with tassels. Love the black metal watch bracelet accent and chunky rubber outsole, a modern update to the loafers without being too ostentatious. I am size 8 1/2 , ordered a half size down and they were still a little loose at the heel. Folded the tip of my no show socks over the top and now it fits.
