The coat is of poor quality, it doesn't look good when you wear it, it's very ugly, I returned it.

Get it before they're gone

I mean... just beautiful! The interior lining of this coat caught me off guard when it arrived. It's a surprisingly gorgeous peek-a-boo jacket that I received multiple compliments on. Definitely true to size and would purchase more of these had I not already splurged on other Macy's coats, blazers, suits, and whatnot.

Caught my eye

It's a nice coat. Coat gets 5. Macys a 4. Found this coat in store on sale, got to try on and check size. I didn't pull the trigger. The coat is very long, intentionally. I knew this, personally wished it was a little shorter or ideally offered two cuts. Material feels pretty good, shoulders are padded, inside lining is neat imo. Fastforward, Macy's puts on sale further, and I pull the trigger. My hesitation buying in store was how long it had been there, tried on etc, my macys is still pretty high traffic and coats dont move that quick. I thought buying online I might be able to grab a "fresh" coat. NOT SO. Clearly a return had very light pilling and several different peoples hair on it. I have short hair, long black and blonde hairs on the coat. So -1, as the thought to dry clean crossed the mind but doubt I will. Called macys. Didn't love the automated phone system but they reached a conclusion I'm satisfied with +1. Macys shipping policy for members is A1 to me. 6'2 / 165, 38R.

Lack of Communication

I never received the coat, which was a gift for someone, and never received notification that there was a problem. No communication at all with me!
