the designs came out great

I ordered 32 of these bottles customized for a work event and all of them look great. Some of the names on the bottles weren't approved, but they emailed me to inform me of the issue and once I called I was able to get it all worked out. Their customer service was very helpful and the bottles look great. They keep things hot and cold and do not spill.

Perfect customer service!

Great cup, but don't monogram in Navy!!!

My daughter was accepted to TCU, so we wanted to surprise her with a TCU cup. The purple is awesome, but we got a dark monogram on the back and you cannot see it at all. Surprised that Tervis recommended this color! Definitely monogram in white.

This design is my husband's favorite.

I bought these TEXAS CHRISTIAN UNIV 12OZ tumblers for my husband's Christmas present. He is a TCU graduate and was thrilled when he opened his present.

Image made it impossible to see my error

I purchased a purple tumble because I thought the new colors were so cool. I had it personalized in black. You cannot see the name on it at all. Very bummed - I did not give it as a gift as intended. I'm a ku fan named Amy - with a purple tcu mug that barely says Tori. Sad! I wish the preview image had shown this problem.
