We have been doing some form of an anti-inflammatory diet for some time and I am always looking for new recipes. This book breaks things down nicely and the recipes are simple enough to make. I really like the snacks bc it is so important to have healthy options for between meals. I highly recommend this book.

Mixed feelings
So I got this book and it’s very informative and I thought it was pretty cool that a lot of the ingredients are not necessarily super expensive. However my issue comes with the meal plans… The meal plans average out to being between 700 to 800 cal each on the vegan plan. Typically I would think OK well it allows room for snacking however I don’t think that like 60% of your calories are meant to come from snacks. Someone who is not educated in nutrition trying to follow this would wind up starving themselves. I will say that the recipes are hit or miss however the only other issue I do have is that the information in the book is not very consistent. It will say not to have dairy and then have recipes with dairy. It will say not to have citrus and then have recipes including citrus
