Bad Delivery

You were supposed to send this item to my address so that I could bring it to the bridal shower. I specified delivery address but you sent the gift to the bride!!!!

2 broken glasses

Delivered broken, poorly packaged. Returned to store and disappointed they did not have it in store. Would have to order again for delivery. Didn’t risk ordering it again.
