As other reviewers have said, the tray has potential but needs some quality control. The tray was sent to me initially shattered into many pieces at the bottom of a box without any sort of wrapping. The second tray that was sent to me was intact, but you could see that it was not smooth and had bumps all over the tray. I returned it in store, which was also a hassle. The folks in the store are not helpful and not interested in helping with returns. It is unfortunate as I won’t be shopping at Macy’s anymore. There are much better retailers out there with better customer service and better products.
Shipping
The tray appeared nice except it was not properly packed. When I received my order, it was broken and I was very disappointed. But the plate looks nice and can be used for many purposes.

The young lady who helped me was exceptional. She made my shopping so easy. I do not remember her name but I did talk to her supervisor. She was working the check out area on the first floor just as you come in the store.

Reviews are correct: this is a beautiful platter. I don’t usually write reviews- but I had to somehow let Macys know how they hit this out of the park! I’m going to get a lot of use out of this!! Well packed too!

Arrived in a million pieces
Although the first shipment was not packed properly and arrived in a million pieces and after multiple calls trying to credit my account (still not resolved). The replacement arrived in perfect condition.
Love this platter
Love this line of dinnerware, not easy to replace broken items, need more stock. My recent purchase was the platter, beautiful!
