Highly recommend this treasure

I attended Stephanie's book signing event and listened to her speak. I was so intrigued that I read the entire beginning about diet and health and how it is all interrelated. Stephanie really knows what she is talking about. The recipes are all tested by people who cook often, and also, people like me who don't. This cookbook makes it simple. The directions are accurate and easy to follow, and the photos are not only delightful, they give me a clue to know if I am on the right track! I purchased 2 copies, one for myself and the other for a friend with gluten intolerance, and I have recommended it to numerous others, even the random person in a store clerk who mentions a migraine. And the photos are beautifully composed. What a treasure! I highly recommend this book.

Such a helpful cookbook!

Wow, this cookbook is pretty amazing. Besides the book being quite aesthetically pleasing, I appreciate how there is so much information about migraines and other food sensitivities. Weaver covers just about any medical condition that can be affected by food. The recipes are easy to follow and don't have so many ingredients that make them seem overwhelming to attempt. If I'm ever looking for a recipe, one of the first things I look at is how many ingredients are needed. If there are too many, I go right past it. Despite not having any medical conditions affecting my dietary intake, I tried three recipes and found them delicious. Knowing that they wouldn't cause inflammation or stomach issues is always good. I highly recommend this book to anyone, especially those with migraines or other food sensitivities.
