The Perfect Cookie

Love the book and glad that I decided to add it to my collection of cookie cookbooks. Great cookie, bar, and brownie recipes that include beautiful and clear pictures of the finished treat. What I like most about The Perfect Cookie is all the wonderful baking tips included in the book (i.e. baking with salted butter vs unsalted butter, etc.).
