Cover is like a plastic envelope, so it doesn’t conform well to a small head. Cools on initial contact, not great after that

Not as full and dense as before

Too soft. Not as dense. This was my husband favorite pillow but now it too soft and light.

Disappointed

Received Therapedic pillows, pillows were stained, obviously were not new. Extremely disappointed.

Best pillow and customer service ever!

This pillow is amazingly comfortable and it became more so in the first few days of use. It is manufactured without chemical flame retardants, which for me was a requirement. I called the company and their representative took the time to confirm it for me, which made me a life-long fan of Therapedic. It hasn't been warm enough yet to see how effective the cooling function is. Great product and company, highly recommended.

Disappointed

ordered 2 pillows and a set of sheets for a wedding shower to be delivered to the bride to be. The shipment was separated, which was fine. Paid for gift wrapping and a card to be included, which neither were done. Totally embarrassing, to have to call and see if they arrived for myself and the bride to be.

Best pillow

I have been looking for a firm but soft pillow that will give me comfort and a good nights rest. I had bought three pillows before finally finding this one. I have no neck, pain or headaches anymore because this pillow gives me great support and comfort. It has a cooling effect which makes it easy to go to bed. Hands-down the best pillow I’ve ever had worth every penny.

Hard outer cover

There was a thick plastic cover which was hard. This pillow is not soft to the touch.
