love it!

My biggest complaint is the styrofoam packaging which clings to the clock when you unpack. Two of the diamonds came off in transit but I super-glued them on without an issue. The second hand is purposely not put on during transport and you add before hanging. Also included is an additional set of hands. I hung mine in the bathroom and it looks and works great!

Flimsy and poorly packaged

The construction is really flimsy, the dial spins around and one hand came off in transit so had to reattach it after hanging the clock. The packaging is also inadequate, spare hands were all bent out of shape, and the glass of the dial had traces of gule from the packing tape, and had to be scrubbed to look somewhat neat. The clock works (not sure for how long), but I seriously considering returning it because of all quality control issues.
