Excited about this activity center but came w/broken wheel

I had been keeping an eye out an activity center for my 5 month old and decided on this one. Picked it up opened it and the wheel was broken which is odd because nothing else was broken I feel like it was broken when it was boxed up. It sucks because I really looked forward to my son enjoying it Since we are in quarantine its difficult to leave house and return/exchange it. I would love to get a replacement wheel asap. I called customer service but was only able to leave a voice mail.

My son loves it and they have great customer service!

My son is almost 10 months, and he has used this walker since about 4 months. He loves it! The toys keep him entertained well enough for me to be able to get some stuff done around the house. He especially loves the rattling bird. He is really tough on it, so the rubber base ripped and the bird tipped over but I texted their customer service line and they promptly sent us a new one free of charge. Other than that, it has been super sturdy. I love that the seat bounces and spins and that you can lock the seat and the wheels as well. It's super cute, too!

Regret this purchase

I bought the 4 in 1 activity center for my 6 month old son. I was so excited to encourage him to walk only to assemble this product and find that it doesn't move. The wheels in the back are so stiff that even pushing it myself on hard wood floors is difficult. This was a pricier walker and now I'm forced to invest in a different one by another company. Waste of money.

Do not recommend!

My 6 month old enjoys the toys, however, it is so stiff he can barely use it as a bouncer/jumper and I can only imagine the walking feature will be out of the question as well! It's difficult for me to push it for bouncing or wheeling!

disappointed

I purchased this in the past for my other son but this one seems way cheaper. All but 1 toy is broken in less than 2 months! I can't even find replacement toys to buy this thing. What a waste!

I regret by this product without researching it first!

We purchased this near the end of October. After a day the squeaky in the "peek a boo" bunny stopped squeaking. Then my daughter was playing with the bird and it broke off. The wheels are to tight or something because it is very hard to roll the walker.

I would recommend this product to friends and family!

My daughter is 8 months old and loves it! She can get it to go backwards but hasn't figured out how to move it forward yet. She stays entertained with it while I make dinner and do other housework. It was easy to assemble and very user friendly. The seat is easy to remove and came clean very easily.
