Improve customer service

I ordered this and I’m so disappointed cause it was supposed to be delivery at UPS access point and driver decided to returned it to sender cause he didn’t found an Apartment number! Macy’s should send me an email asking at least . They should be really careful about this I was expecting my item not a refund .
