Would not purchase again.

I would not purchase again. The first wash yielded towels with strings of the towel hanging off. Now there is texture missing were that occured

Big plush towels!

Who doesn't love a plush fluffy towel to wrap up in after getting out of the bath. The bath towel is long enough to wrap around and is thick and absorbent. The grey line design looks great on both sides. The end seams all around are quality sewn and do not fray after being washed. I highly recommend this Tommy Bahama set!

Towel set that looks and feels great

This towel set has a timeless and effortless look that goes so nicely with my bathroom decor. I love that the towels are super soft 100% cotton that are very absorbent. The three sizes of towel are nice and convenient for any bathroom. The grey trim is subtle and not something I will tire of.

I'd rather have my items than the refund

I ordered a 3-piece towel set with a bath towel, hand towel and washcloth. Only the bath towel was shipped. I contacted customer service and they set up a shipment of the missing items, but, apparently, they weren't in stock and I was refunded the total cost of my order. I'm satisfied with this solution. However, normally, this would be a solution I'd be okay with and that would be the end of it. But, it bothers me that I will likely not be able to get the missing items. This is one of those times I'd rather get what I paid for instead of the refund because, now, I'm going to have to hunt down the items and find them at a physical Macy's and make an unnecessary trip to pick them up, or search around other retail outlets to find them. That will take time I was hoping to save with the convenience of online shopping via Macy's. The lack of accurate information on the website and from Macy's in general is why retail shoppers seek out more reliable alternatives to the traditional outlets. I find it hard to believe Macy's could not find the missing items SOMEWHERE out there and get them shipped to me.
