Dirty, Worn and Returned

When I received it, I noticed it was returned. It was so OBVIOUSLY used before the return, it was dirty around the collar and it was tagged to appear unused. I dont understand why Macy’s will accept a return when the item was worn and, worst of all, dirty. I needed it for the following day so I couldn’t return it. I had no other choice but to wash it and use it.
