Very Slim Fit!

I was really impressed with the quality and appearance of these boots— they're beautiful and well-made. However, I found the fit to be quite challenging. Despite ordering my usual size (6), the boots felt extremely slim and didn’t support my foot's natural arch well. They just didn’t offer the comfort I expected. I’ve never had to go for a "wide" fit before, but these boots made me feel like that might have been necessary. Sadly, I’m not sure I’ll be able to order from this brand again based on how they fit my feet.

Terrible customer service

The boots are great except I had worn them exactly 3 times and the gold buckle on side just fell off. I had these boots for less than 2 weeks. I went back to Macy's and asked for an exchange because this had to be a manufacturing defect as these boots should have lasted at a minimum 2 seasons not 2 weeks. They said no. Now I have a brand new pair of boots that I am unable to wear. Very disappointed.

too stiff

These shoes are too stiff and hurt your feet/ the ankle area where the shoe hits. I would return if I didn’t wear them already. I’m waiting on getting some higher socks 🧦 to see if that helps.
