Didn't receive what is shown

I ordered this skirt but, this is not the skirt that I received. I am including a picture. The skirt I received does not have a straight front seam and it has a very high front slit. In addition to that it is distressed? The label says it's a Clair but, they are nothing alike? I'm somewhat confused? I like the skirt and might keep it but, be warned you may not receive what is shown in this picture.
